Micah Arcuri is the Senior Pastor of the Bonnie Church. He served as their Associate Pastor for four years before taking on his current position in 2018. He studied Bible & Theology at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City. He is 34 years old and has been married to the love of life Angela for 14 years. They have three children, Corban (9), Sawyer (6), and Lakyn (3). He enjoys playing board games in his free time. One of the verses that has always been close to his heart is John 17:3, “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” His desire in life is to connect people’s hearts to the heart of God so that they would know Him, love Him, and trust Him. He treasures each opportunity he is able to share God’s Word.
Micah's Class: Hermaneutics
In Micah's class you will be gaining tools and learning insights to better study the Bible. We will be focusing on a 3-step approach of observation, interpretation and application. You will spend time in class learning and practicing these steps as you dig into God’s Word. The aim of this class is that you will go away with biblical insights that truly impact your daily walk with God as well as having the tools/skills necessary to continue learning for years to come.
Dawn is saved by and a follower of Jesus Christ. She left her secular career to pursue her passion for evangelism, discipleship, and revival. Her heart beats for Christ and for people to know Him deeply and intimately. She strives to live life as an
everyday witness and desires for all believers to become confident and compassionate about sharing their faith so they can fulfill their purpose and the Gospel spreads to bring salvation to all nations. Dawn graduated with a Master of Biblical Studies from
Berea Bible Institute & Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UTC. Family: Dawn’s been married to her husband, Jeff, 32 years. They
enjoy taking walks and spending time with their family. They have three adult children, six grandchildren, and two dogs.
Dawn's Class: Practical Evangelism
During this course you will be equipped to share your faith with compassion and confidence using the One Minute Witness tool. You will learn how to lead someone through the “Romans Road to Salvation.” You will learn the meaning of the gospel, evangelism, salvation, and the great commission in scripture. You will also learn about lifestyle evangelism, discipleship, multiplication, unreached people groups, and more. Through practical application of taking a 21-day challenge to share your faith, memorizing scripture, and overcoming fear and obstacles, sharing your faith will become a new normal as you become an everyday witness. May you hear God’s word, accept God’s word, and produce a harvest!

Ray & his wife Christine have been involved in prison ministry, street outreach ministry and foreign missions work for 40 + years. Ray has helped train dozens of evangelists, church planters, pastors and cross cultural missionaries both in the US and in China. He brings a passion for healing lost and hurting people and inspires others Christians to do the same.
Ray's Class: Principles of Gospel Ministry
Ray’s unique teaching style builds ministers up to have greater faith in the power of the proclaimed Gospel to bring the Kingdom of God and the presence of Jesus to all who hear it. As we learn more about who God is, who our target for ministry is, and who we are in His plan, we are equipped to be effective in bringing Kingdom impact wherever we go!
Shauna is the co-founder and co-pastor of Gospel Encounter Church. She is passionate about reaching the lost in practical, meaningful ways. Shauna has her MA in Biblical studies from Bridges Christian college and seminary. Shauna also leads discipleship training in her local community and homeschool co-op. Shauna is married to Daniel Nalley and they have 2 children together and are expecting one in early March!
Shauna's Class: Theology of Prayer
This course is designed to study the theological foundation for prayer. It examines and defines the basic aspects of prayer with specific emphasis on the prayer of faith and the corporate and private nature of prayer. It also offers practical help on prayer as spiritual warfare and the benefits of prayer and fasting.
Daniel is the founder of Gospel Encounter missions and is the pastor of Gospel Encounter Church. Daniel has devoted his life to reaching the lost for Christ and making disciples of all nations. He equips the local bodies of Christ by doing lifestyle evangelism trainings, community outreaches, and deep discipleship. Daniel is married to Shauna Nalley and they have 2 children together and are expecting one in early March!
Daniel's Classes: B.A.G. Up Your Life & Power Encounter
B.A.G. Up Your Life - In this class you will look at where you have been, where you are at, and where you are going. We will dive into the fragility of life, biblical responsibility, and establishing S.M.A.R.T. goals. You will be equipped to accomplish those goals that we set and have a better foundation internally for ministry!
Power Encounter - We will read the book Power Encounter and explore the difference between Truth Encounters and Power Encounters.
Jackson Rinehart is a Gospel Encounter missionary. He is married to Lexi Rinehart and they are expecting a baby girl in June. Jackson has a passion for discipleship, mentoring, and following Jesus wholeheartedly! Jackson was studying engineering at SIUE whenever he cried out to any god that would answer him, and Jesus was the one who responded. He has been running to Jesus since!
Jackson's Class: Christian Simplicity
We will be exploring the idea of Christian Simplicity in the modern world. We will read Freedom of Simplicity by Richard J. Foster and discuss the themes within the book. Learning how to live a simple life by being yoked to the King of glory and allowing Him to determine our lives rather than the other way around!
